Glenbrook is positioned off the Golf Course Road, a few minutes walk from the beach and the trail to the Glenashdale falls. It is convenient for village amenities, forestry walks and Whiting Bay Golf Course.

The accommodation is set out over two floors and has oil fired central heating throughout.
Downstairs is a spacious lounge & dining room, featuring Freeview TV, DVD player and a wood burning fire. A dining area provides seating for five. Also downstairs is the family bathroom with ‘power shower’ and the newly installed kitchen, plus storage and coat hanging space.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and a small breakfast bar.
Upstairs the sleeping accommodation consists of a master double bedroom with en suite
shower room, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. The spacious master bedroom can
also accommodate a baby’s cot or a toddler on a pull-

The tariff for the 2012 season varies within the range:
Linen & towels, fuel & electricity are all included in the rental charge.
Glenbrook is a recently renovated and extended traditional cottage featuring all modern conveniences.
The property adjoins ‘Brook’, offering the possibility of two holiday properties together for larger families or groups.
It sleeps five in a double, a twin and a single and there is ample room to add a baby or toddler. Available Saturday to Saturday.

Pets can be accepted only by prior arrangement. Pets are not allowed upstairs in the property.
The principal hirer must be aged 25 years or over.

Bookings may be made over the telephone or by email. A £200 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The balance of your holiday cost must be received by us at the very latest 28 days before your holiday is due to start.
Arrangements for the collection of keys will be supplied to you once your booking is confirmed. On arrival the property will be available at 4 pm and must be vacated by 10 am on your day of departure.
