The tariff for the 2012 season varies within the range:

£500 - £900 per week.

Fuel and electricity are included in the rental tariff.

Linen & towels are available at a charge of £7.50 per person.

Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at a charge of £10 per dog per week.

Location

Eastwood is on the Shore Road in Whiting Bay, immediately adjacent to the beach. It has unresticted views over the sea and to Holy Isle. The house is well placed for the local pub and all village amenities.

Accommodation & Facilities

The accommodation is set out over two floors and has central heating throughout.

The large kitchen diner is a recent addition to the property. It provides an excellent dining area with views to the sea. The fully fitted kitchen has extensive work top space and features:

• Washing Machine (with dryer in adjacent garage)

• Electric range style oven and hob

• Microwave

• Dishwasher

• Fridge (with freezer in adjacent garage)

The lounge features a TV with Freeview, video and DVD player, with views toward the sea. One twin bedroom and a bath/shower room are also downstairs.

Upstairs is the second shower room and three further bedrooms, with the master double enjoying splendid sea views.

The kitchen leads out to a large rear garden. Eastwood has ample private off-road parking for two to three cars.

Important Information

The principal hirer must be aged 25 years or over.

Please note that Eastwood is strictly non-smoking.

Pets can be accepted only by prior arrangement at a nominal extra charge.

A cot and high chair are available upon request at the time of booking.

Linen and towels are available for a small additional charge.

Keys are held at the Trafalgar Restaurant. See map for details. On arrival the property will be available at 4 pm and must be vacated by 10 am on your day of departure.

Bookings may be made over the telephone or by email.

A £200 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance of your holiday cost must be received by us at the very latest one clear week before your holiday is due to start.

Eastwood is a semi-detached villa property providing extensive holiday accommodation and enjoying wonderful views.

The property sleeps up to seven adults in four bedrooms (one double, two twins and single) with two bathrooms. It has a lounge and a large newly built kitchen diner.

Available Saturday to Saturday.
