Location

The Cottage is on the sea front in central Whiting Bay, opposite the putting green & the beach.  It is ideally placed for the local amenities and a short walk from the golf course.

Accommodation & Facilities

The accommodation is set out over two floors and has electric storage and space heating throughout.


Downstairs the entrance is to the kitchen/diner.  The diner will seat six. The modern kitchen overlooks the front garden and the sea and features:


• Electric oven with ceramic hob and extractor hood

• Microwave

• Slimline Dishwasher

• Fridge/freezer

• Washing Machine (a clothes line is available in the garden)


A small vestibule features storage hanging space, leading to the rear external door and to the bathroom. The bathroom has a large ‘power shower’ enclosure.


The lounge features a TV with Freeview and an electric log-effect fire, has plenty of seating and views over the garden to the sea.  A  double bedroom leading directly off the lounge completes the lower floor accommodation. There is a free wi-fi connection.


Stairs lead from the lounge to the upper floor. There is a small ‘box room’ with a day bed, a light & airy twin and a further double. Please note that access to the double bedroom is through the twin. The cottage is of traditional design so there is restricted head room on the upper floor.


Outside there is a large lawn to the front of the property with sea and beach views. Off-road parking is available.

Important Information


The principal hirer must be aged 25 years or over.


Please note that Clyde View Cottage is strictly non-smoking.


Pets permitted only by prior agreement.


A cot and high chair are available upon request at the time of booking.


Keys are held at the Trafalgar Restaurant, at the north end of the village.  See map for details.  On arrival the property will be available at 4 pm and must be vacated by 10 am on your day of departure.


Bookings may be made over the telephone or by email.  A £200 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance of your holiday cost must be received by us at the very latest one clear week before your holiday is due to start.  Please send your written confirmation and deposit to:

Clyde View Cottage is a traditional semi-detached cottage, recently renovated throughout.


The property sleeps two to to seven. Interconnected bedrooms on the upper floor make it more suitable for families with children than for three couples.


It has a well proportioned lounge and a single modern shower room. Available Saturday to Saturday.

Short breaks from £120 per night*

* Shorts breaks available on selected dates only. Minimum 3 night stay.

Electricity, linens & towels are included in the rental tariff.


Well behaved dogs may be accommodated at Clyde View Cottage by prior agreement.
