Burnside House is located around two miles south of Whiting Bay in the hamlet of Dippin. It occupies an elevated position at the end of a private road with views out over the Firth of Clyde. It is convenient for the shops and restaurants of Whiting Bay and provides easy access to the Whiting Bay Golf Course.
Burnside is an ideal, secluded base for your holiday on Arran. It is on the bus route, however bringing a car is advisable.

Accommodation consists of a lounge, large dining/family room, fitted kitchen and sun lounge on the ground floor. Upstairs are two ensuite double bedrooms and a further suite consisting of one twin bedroom and a single bedroom sharing a third bathroom.
The property has central heating throughout, two televisions and radios/CD players.
The modern fitted kitchen includes:
• Fridge/freezer
• Dishwasher
• Microwave
• Range style gas-
• Traditional kitchen range (winter only)
• Washing Machine
Outside there is ample private parking.
The property enjoys a large, secluded garden with a sunny patio and a safe play area, offering panoramic views over the Firth of Clyde, Ailsa Craig, Turnberry and the Ayrshire coastline.

Please note that Burnside House is a strictly no smoking property.
Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, at a small additional charge.
Children are welcome. A cot can be provided upon request but please bring your baby’s own bed clothes.
Gas, oil, electricity and all linen are inclusive. Please bring your own towels for swimming.
Keys are held at the Burlington Hotel, see map for location details. On your arrival, the property will be available from 4 pm and must be vacated by 11 am on your day of departure.
A 50% deposit is payable upon booking, with the balance upon arrival.

Burnside House is a traditional cottage property that has
been generously extended to provide a substantial residence.
It sleeps up to seven adults in four bedrooms (one twin, two doubles and a single) and an extra baby or child under five can also be accommodated. The living space is very flexible.
Normal availability is Sunday to Sunday, though Friday or Saturday starts may sometimes be possible depending upon adjacent bookings. Contact the proprietors for details of shorter bookings and specials.
