The tariff for the 2012 season varies within the range:

£250 - £350 per week.

Fuel and electricity are included in the rental tariff. Linen & towels are available at a charge of £7.50 per person. Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at £10 per dog per week.

Location

Brook Cottage is tucked away off the Golf Course Road up toward Glen Ashdale. It is only a few minutes walk from the beach and conveniently placed for all the village amenities, walking on the forestry trails and for the Whiting Bay Golf Course.

Accommodation & Facilities

The accommodation is set out over two floors and has electric heating throughout.

Downstairs the entrance hall has a washing machine and small chest freezer. The hall leads to the toilet and shower room and to the main house.

The lounge features a TV with Freeview and a coal fire. The attached sun lounge offers views over countryside. Patio doors lead from the sun lounge to the enclosed garden, with views of Glen Ashdale.

The kitchen area features:

• Electric oven and hob

• Microwave

• Fridge

An attic stair leads up to two small bedrooms, both with skylights.

Brook Cottage enjoys private off-road parking.

Important Information

The principal hirer must be aged 25 years or over.

Please note that Brook Cottage is strictly non-smoking.

Pets can be accepted only by prior arrangement at a nominal additional charge.

A cot and high chair are available upon request at the time of booking. Linen and towels are available for a small additional charge.

Keys are held at the Trafalgar Restaurant. See map for details. On arrival the property will be available at 4 pm and must be vacated by 10 am on your day of departure.

Bookings may be made over the telephone or by email. A £200 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance of your holiday cost must be received by us at the very latest one clear week before your holiday is due to start. Please send your written confirmation and deposit to:

Brook Cottage is a cosy, traditional semi-detached cottage with garden views toward Glenashdale.

The property adjoins ‘Glenbrook’, offering the possibility of two holiday properties together for larger families or groups.

Brook sleeps up to four adults in two small bedrooms (one double, one twin). It has a cosy lounge/kitchen/diner and a large sun lounge. Available Saturday to Saturday.
