Beachcroft is in a prime location on the beach at Whiting Bay. The well stocked local shop and the Trafalgar restaurant are directly across the road. It is only a short walk along the beach or shore road to the rest of the village amenities.

The accommodation is set out on a single floor and has electric heating throughout.
The entrance hall has coat hanging and storage space and leads to the shower room and to main part of the house.
The lounge features a TV and CD/radio. Patio doors open to a small grassed area leading straight onto the beach itself, with views toward the sea.
The dining area offers bench style seating for four. The fully fitted kitchen features:
• Washing machine
• Double electric oven
• Electric hob
The two bedrooms both lead off from the lounge area. Duvets are provided for both bedrooms.

Pets can be accepted only by prior arrangement at a nominal extra charge.
A cot and high chair are available upon request at the time of booking.
Keys are held at the Trafalgar Restaurant, immediately across the road from the property. See map for details. On arrival the property will be available at 4 pm and must be vacated by 10 am on your day of departure.
Bookings may be made over the telephone or by email. A £200 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The balance of your holiday cost must be received by us at the very latest one clear week before your holiday is due to start.

Short breaks from £100 per night*
* Shorts breaks available on selected dates only. Minimum 3 night stay.
Fuel, electricity, linens & towels are included in the rental tariff.
Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at £10 per dog per week/stay if shorter.
Beachcroft is modern chalet style property, wonderfully light and airy with patio doors opening directly to the beach, giving unrestricted sea views over the Firth of Clyde.
The property sleeps up to four adults in two bedrooms (one double, one twin). It has a sunny lounge and kitchen diner.
Available Sunday to Sunday.
