The lower level, 6 steps down, consists of sitting room with patio doors and unrestricted views over the firth of clyde, a dining room and bright modern kitchen. There is a sun lounge off the kitchen, with doors leading to the garden. This is also the favoured entrance to the house.
The garden is well fenced and has off road parking.

Ideally located for local amenities including a shop, restaurants and pubs, and has easy access to a long sandy beach and playing fields.
